Delivery & Shipping

 Delivery Charges: 

Delivery fees is waived for orders above SGD$500.

Deliveries for orders below $500 : Standard Delivery Monday – Saturday ($50)

Our standard delivery fee includes the processing of your order, handling, packing of the products, packing and delivery to a location of your choice within Singapore.

Delivery Schedule:
Monday to Friday Delivery in-between 10am to 8pm.
We do not provide delivery services on Sundays & Public Holidays. 
Note that we are unable to deliver at a specific or fixed timing e.g. 10.30am or 5pm. 

Lead Times
As we deal with different suppliers, items may arrive at different times at our distribution points. As such, should you require your order to be sent separately, you will be charged a delivery fee for any additional deliveries.
Decor items are stocked in our warehouse and ship within 2-3 business days. Lighting, large furniture, rugs and large art ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Each item and manufacturers have specific shipping lead times.
Once you place an order we'll contact you within 48hrs to give you an approximate lead time. Once your item is shipped you'll receive a tracking number where you'll be able to track the package and know its exact delivery date. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers and different arrival dates. Items with longer lead times like made to order/ customised furniture and some lighting has the approximate lead times.

Items are shipped via Courier
Some of our larger items are considered oversize and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please note STANDARD DELIVERY IS DOOR STEP ONLY. (Meaning the delivery men do not move furniture for customers or do not assemble the furniture in the house)
If you live in a building it would be brought into the lobby and no further. Other than large dining tables, most of our larger furniture pieces come fully assembled. Please ensure you are comfortable bringing it to its desired destination in your home and that it will fit through all doorways and stairwells.

Order Notes
Customer to ensure items being order fit through and into your desired destination prior to ordering. Ensuring that the purchased items can fit in the room or location of choice and can be delivered through all internal and external entry points by verifying building access, lift access and all doorway measurements. External access from the loading bay or car park to the delivery area must be clear and accessible with no blockage, and the internal (inside) area where the furniture will be placed must also be clear and accessible for placement of furniture.

Delays & Unsuccessful Deliveries
Should the delivery be unsuccessful for any reason, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next delivery slot subject to availability.
This is to avoid causing delays or disruptions to subsequent deliveries planned for the day. (Do note that delivery slots will be limited during peak periods or after sales events)
Delays in shipment or delivery can be caused due to holidays, busy season, weather or various other reasons. These delays are out of our control and can push the delivery window past the 2-4 weeks or lead time given at the time of ordering. We ask for your patience during these times as we do our best to ensure all items get to our customers as quickly as possible!

Out of Stock Items
We do our best to feature in stock items but in some instances, products can sell out before we have the chance to update our website. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you with NEW an estimated stock date. If the date isn't to your liking we will refund you 100% and/or suggest a similar in stock item.
